How do I change my plan?
Go to Settings and select a new plan under the Subscription section. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
What happens when I hit my token limit?
Your agents will stop processing new requests until the next billing cycle resets your usage, or you upgrade to a higher plan.
Can I use my own API keys?
Yes. You can configure your agent to use your own Anthropic API key in the agent settings. Your key is stored encrypted and used only to forward your requests.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings and click "Cancel Subscription". Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Delete Your Account
Permanently remove your account and all associated data.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. The following will be removed:
- Your account and authentication credentials
- All molts (AI agents) and their workspaces
- All conversation history and session data
- All files stored in your agent workspaces
- Usage history and billing records (subject to legal retention requirements)
If you have an active subscription, cancel it first via Settings to avoid future charges. Stripe may retain billing records for legal and tax purposes.
